- Refresh the page or clear the history on your browser.
- Try disabling extensions that may conflict with reCAPTCHA.
If you're having an issue at checkout, the problem may come from the telephone number or address, especially if it contains accents or apostrophes. For the phone number, enter only the numbers, without dashes or dots. Also check that your credit card's expiration date and security code are correct.
Many technical issues are resolved by using an incognito browser (also known as private browser) to place your order.
